Dont forget to get the proper tranny filter. Use Motorcraft Filter Part No, FT113
Be sure to use the proper MERCON fluid!!! ONLY MERCON, NOT MERCON V!!!
Purchased this "VOLANT" COLD air intake system @ 817-640-4406
I cannot find the website, but company is called HyperPerformance Automotive Center
NOTE: Not sure if site went down or what, but it was www.hyperperformanceauto.com

Site that i found it at for $296.00
Purchased this oil separator @ Razors Edge Motorsport
I also did the PCV Valve mod. You can read more here about it
Installed a DYNOJET WIDEBAND COMMANDER to keep me from blowing up my SC 5.4L (lean out motor)
I installed my ACCUFAB Throttle body
What a difference that made!!!!
I also installed some full length DYNATECH Headers coupled with Borla catbacks and used "Stage Eight" locking header bolts (note: didnt use the locks)
This bad boy is not only fast, it is freaking loud!!! (update: 3 Sept 04, installed the CATS.. that quieted it down quite a bit)
I also installed a "Factory Tech" Valve body in the transmission
What a difference that made!!!!! If you dont have a factory tech valve body installed, you better get on it!!!!
Installed a Triple A-Pillar and 2 x Autometer gauges (Water-temp and SC Boost and DynoJet A/F Gauge)

I installed the above ROTORS this weekend. Took about 5 hours for all 4 of them. This INCLUDED repacking the front wheel bearings.
I got them here RACESHOPPER.COM
or this is direct link Raceshopper LIGHTNING ROTORS
Reason I did not get cross drilled rotors is due to them cracking. It is not "if" they will crack, it is WHEN will they crack??
Diamond Slotted
Recommended for street performance applications. Slotted rotors with a unique
diamond etching pattern.
Slotting provides increased brake 'bite' and helps keep pads clean.
Diamond etching gives the effect of Cross-Drilled without any danger of
cracking.
I also purchased the HAWK HPS brake pads
|
Hawk HPS - High Performance Street Street Use |
Hawk Performance HPS compound
provides advanced braking characteristics to enhance your driving
experience. This unique compound combines the safety and quality of
Aerospace design partnered with the braking technology of motorsports. |
-Extremely low dust -High friction/torque hot or cold -Gentle on rotors -Virtually noise-free -Much improved braking over OE -Long extended pad life |
You can get them at this link
or call them or email them.

They have these as well...

Slotted Only
We recommend slotted only rotors in any extreme service
application. These would include racing, autocross, larger trucks and SUV's,
and vehicles that exhibit chronic brake problems.
The nature of the slotted only rotor gives the greatest amount of braking
surface, helps keep the pads clean, and increases initial brake 'bite'.
Note: Due to the nature of slotted rotors- a slight hum may be evident under
heavy braking.

Cross Drilled & Slotted
Recommended for street performance applications. Because of the
SP inverted radius chamfer - and with the slotting - these rotors will allow for
greater cooling than stock rotors. Slotting privides additional brake 'bite'.

Cross Drilled Only
Recommended for street applications. Because of the SP inverted radius chamfer
- and without the slotting - these rotors will allow for greater cooling than
stock rotors
OTHER MODS ON
THE "To Do" List
I have yet to install my new AFCO Heat exchanger
I have yet to install my Flexalite dual electric fan setup
I havent installed the IRIDIUM SPARK PLUGS yet, but working on it
Thinking about getting a MOROSO Oil Pan as well (7qt)
NOTE: Beware if you buy things from www.rpmoutlet.com . I have always received the items I ordered, EVENTUALLY. They have lots of stuff and GREAT pricing, BUT I have had some wrong items sent and missing parts on some items, but man.... they are a bitch to get a hold of and they seem to REFUSE to reply to emails. They seem totally lost on the phone!!! I found it easier to go to the manufacturer on 2 occasions to get the missing parts from them, than RPMOUTLET.
